What do I do if I have a complaint?
If you have any complaints in respect of Freedom of Information
or the Environmental Information Regulations please write to Alison
McCarthy, Information & FOI Officer. You should also contact
Alison McCarthy if you wish to request an internal review of a
decision to withhold information.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the outcome of my
complaint?
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint made
to South West RDA you can contact the Information Commissioner who will
consider your complaint and may take it further.
