Regeneration through physical infrastructure (place)

Our physical regeneration investments aid economic development through the provision of infrastructure and renewal. This, in turn, fosters business confidence, revitalises land and property markets and improves income and employment prospects for residents. The projects evaluated in this section contribute towards: bringing land back into use; public realm; image events and tourism and cross-cutting regeneration interventions.
