In 2007, the new Trevol Business Park near Torpoint was completed. This £3.75 million project, which will support around 45 jobs once occupied, has been jointly funded by the South West of England Regional Development Agency (RDA) and the Objective One Programme for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. 
 
The 1,398 sq m development is in one detached building subdivided into two 422 sq m units and two 277 sq m units, available through the RDA on a leasehold basis. The new units offer flexible accommodation including open plan offices and the opportunity to add mezzanine floors depending on the occupiers' requirements.
