Parklife provides an integrated service to employers and their workforce based on 16 key business parks in the County encompassing bespoke training for professional development, sector focused skills support and high quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG). This portfolio sits alongside services offered by partners including Gloucestershire First, the Job Centre Plus, Business Link Gloucestershire, local authorities and other providers / suppliers. The project has enabled the formation of a strategic framework that is shaped around the needs of employers and can support a stronger alignment between skills development, inward investment, and employment retention and generation activities in Gloucestershire.
