The winners of the South West C+ Carbon Positive Awards have now been revealed, demonstrating the best examples of sustainability in the region. Awards Booklet (Adobe Acrobat Reader Document - 1108.51kb) 
 
With almost 100 entries in their first year, the awards encourage responsible business practices ultimately increasing the positive impact businesses, organisations and communities are having on society and the environment. 
 
The South West C+ Carbon Positive Awards have been developed by the South West RDA and are supported by Business in the Community and Sustainability South West.  
 
The South West C+ Carbon Positive Awards (Adobe Acrobat Reader Document - 289.43kb) are a region-wide award scheme that recognise the businesses, organisations and communities that are taking a proactive and innovative low carbon approach to the way in which we live and work. 
 
The award ceremony and celebration took place on the 1 May 2008 at the Met Office, Exeter.
