Welcome to the South West of England Regional Development Agency's Estates portfolio.

Currently all RDA owned commercial property on this database is located in Gloucestershire, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall. The South West RDA is also responsible for a number of programmes to facilitate development of land and property throughout the region. Click here to visit our Major Projects page.

This easy to use database also has an advanced search facility. This searches by area; type of site eg land, factory, workshop or business unit; size; tenure eg rental, leasehold or freehold; and site name. Links are provided to major RDA projects such as Tolvaddon Energy Park and Plymouth International Business Park.

The database is updated on a regular basis and we do all we can to ensure that property details remain up-to-date. We can not, however, guarantee the availability of all sites listed on the database.
