Enviroskills SW was a three-year skills development programme designed to support small- and medium-sized environmental technology businesses based in the South West region. EnviroSkills training facilitators devised an assessment process specially developed to enable senior managers of these businesses to identify the skills their employees needed to maximise innovation and growth. EnviroSkills also worked closely with other regional business-support organisations, including Business Link, to help these companies access a range of business-support opportunities.
