South West Food and Drink

South West Food and Drink is the regional trade organisation which will promote and develop the vibrant, professional food industry in the South West of England, enabling it to meet the requirements of players throughout the supply chain. 
 
The organisation provides an umbrella body over a range of activities developed with regional, national, and international trade buyers. The region comprises Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, and Wiltshire.

Vision

To champion regional excellence in food & drink from the South West of England and to create a sustainable, regional food supply chain that delivers long-term profitability, value and quality for the South West.

Aims

• Promote/raise awareness of the food, drink and agricultural products from the South West to existing and potential markets.
• Assist the development of the regional food supply/demand chain, with issues of quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reconnect the supplier to the consumer.
