The Innovation Centre, Exeter is situated on the University of Exeter's Streatham Campus in the heart of Exeter providing flexible units, purpose designed for high-tech businesses undertaking research and development.  
 
Phase II of the University of Exeter Innovation Centre is being developed by the University in partnership with the South West RDA. The project will provide a 38,000 square ft building alongside the existing innovation centre, which will offer much-needed business units for new and growing companies within the research and development sector, as well as meeting rooms and a cafeteria. 
 
As well as high specification telecom connections and utility sieves, including free internet access and email, tenants receive a support package including flexible lease terms, business advice and fast track access to the University's facilities, expertise, courses, networks and high quality students and graduates.  
 
Other services supplied include video conferencing, reception, security patrols and communal coffee room.Current business tenants operate within the biosciences, environmental, IT and advanced manufacturing sectors.
