SPark is a £300 million Science Park for Bristol and Bath which will occupy 40 hectares and provide 150 000 square metres of floor space, employing over 6000 people.  
 
One of the first developments will be the Innovation Centre which will unite three world class, local universities (University of Bath, University of Bristol and University of the West of England) and provide a close working environment with leaders of South West industry.
