Yeovil Innovation Centre will provide purpose-designed office space and business suites consisting of 34 units between 200 and 600 sq ft and one unit in excess of 4500 sq ft, at a site on Copse Road on the Lufton Trading Estate, Yeovil.  
 
Supported by a partnership between South Somerset District Council, Somerset County Council and the South West RDA, Yeovil Innovation Centre will provide on-site business support, mentoring, business education and advice as well as an infrastructure of meeting rooms, hot-desking and canteen facilities. 
 
Yeovil Innovation Centre aims to develop a concentrated focus on skills and knowledge through working with individuals and companies of an entrepreneurial nature with economic potential, consolidating their ability to compete successfully, and assisting their growth and onward development. 
 
South Somerset District Council are now seeking expressions of interest from potential tenants with an interest in occupying the Innovation Centre.
