Leaders who can communicate with strength, influence and passion are essential for organisational and regional success. As the challenges facing the South West change, so too will the challenges facing leaders. It may even be that the nature of leadership itself is changing. 
 
The Leadership Debate will seek to explore questions about the role of leadership in the economy, the kind of leaders we will need in the future to ensure that we continue to prosper and how we will make sure we have them.
